Delivery Information

General delivery of items bought on the website is 3-5 days. Items for hire and being specially made depends on the item and how quickly you need it. Please allow 1 month prior to your day to make an order for items such as table plans/table menus. Please contact us for availability and any special requests. (Items may be available at short notice depending on availability and location)

Delivery costs

Standard delivery costs are £2.50 for small items bought on the website. All other items will be calculated and advised along with your quote. Delivery can be made througout the UK.

Payment

Payment can be made via paypal through our site or you can contact us for alternative payment methods.

Deposit

A 20% deposit will be needed on receipt of any order excluding anything from our online shop.

Cancellations of an order

All cancellations must be given in writing. Depending on how much notice is given any work that as already been made will need to be paid for.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if the item is faulty and we are told about it within 7 days. A replacement will either be sent or the offer of a refund will be made.

Cocoandpearl will of course help where ever possible to make your event a success, if for any chance an item is no longer available you will be informed as early as possible and we will offer an alternative or a refund will be made.
